SCRUM & CONSTRUCTION
There is a lot of planning in construction projects. Certain tasks need to get done before others. Scrum allows planning to continue iteratively.
Scrum roles are also similar to Construction. Superintendent can act as the Scrum Master, The project manager can act as Product Owner.
