But great team occures when leader acts as a coach.
Greate team occures when leader encourages each person to do their best work and communicate openly and effectively with their team.
The leader is just one person, the real driving force behind a leader’s success is their team.
First of all; we have to find methods to promote Psychological Safety environment for high performing teams.
Group activities, and role plays are also very useful for trust building.
